Wacky dictator Kim Jong-un’s sister has accused Britain of being a “rabble” and slammed the United States as a “barking dog seized with fear” in a bizarre statement warning of an escalation of conflict.

North Korea’s Kim Yo-jong, who rules alongside her brother Kim, was fuming after the United Nations told the country to stop producing deadly weapons of mass destruction.

Their new intercontinental ballistic missile – which has been dubbed the "monster missile" – left Western leaders panicked after reports it was capable of reaching America.

But Kim Yo-jong has hit back, saying: “The United Nations has turned blind eyes to the very dangerous military drills of the U.S. and South Korea and their greedy arms buildup aiming at the DPRK.

“And (it has) taken issue with the DPRK's exercise of its inviolable right to self-defence.”

She could barely conceal her rage and also fumed: “Great irony is that as soon as the United Nations opening meeting was over, the United States vented its anger on failure in realising its sinister intention…

“While making public a disgusting joint statement with such rabbles as Britain, France, Australia, Japan and South Korea, not concealing its bad mood.”

She added that “the more hell-bent” America gets on sanctions against North Korea, “the more it will face a more fatal security crisis”.

Worryingly, the escalation of the crisis comes after North Korea's state newspaper quoted Kim Jong-un saying if the "enemy continues to threaten by openly introducing nuclear strike means, the Party and the government of the Republic will resolutely respond to nuclear weapons and head-on confrontation".

World War Three fears had already been ignited after the pariah country fired a missile towards its neighbours earlier this month.

On November 3, North Korea launched ballistic missiles towards Japan, including an intercontinental ballistic missile.
