Prince William ‘left reeling at Harry’s cheap shot’ and is now ‘uncomfortable’

Prince William was left “reeling” after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’sOprah Winfrey interview aired and is now “uncomfortable” talking to his brother, a source told US weekly.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex sat down with US chat show host Oprah to talk about life after Megxit.

During the interview, Meghan and Harry made a series of claims directed at the Firm’s senior Royals, and Prince Charles’ younger son even commented on his relationship with his brother, William.

Prince Harry went on to share private details of a conversation he had with Prince William with Gayle King, who said their chat had been “not productive.”

Ms King told the world: "The word I was given was that those conversations were not productive, but they are glad they at least started a conversation.”

Prince William was reportedly left "reeling" after learning Harry had told Gayle about the conversation.

He felt as though the move was a “cheap shot” designed to "leak details" of the call and twist the truth.

The heir to the throne is now reportedly "uncomfortable" with talking to his brother on the phone.

A source told US weekly: "William was left reeling.

"He says it was a cheap shot to leak details of their private call and that he twisted the truth."

The source went on to add that Prince William feels as though any future phone conversation with his brother will put himself "at risk" of exposure.

"He’s putting himself at risk of the same thing happening again," US weekly was told.

The state of Prince Harry and Prince William’s relationship is currently unknown but the pair are set to come together for the unveiling of their late mother, Princess Diana’s 60th birthday memorial sculpture.
