Prince Harry will be seated in the third row at Westminster Abbey as he watches the Coronation of his father, King Charles, according to sources.
The relatively lowly position will reportedly see him sitting with Prince Andrew’s daughters Eugenie, 33, and sister Beatrice, 34, along with their husbands Jack Brooksbank and Edo Mapelli Mozzi.
While the seating arrangement sends a strong message about the Duke of Sussex’s current status as a non-working royal, there’s also a element of generosity in putting Harry, who will be alone eat the ceremony, close to his beloved cousin Eugenie.

He’ll also be a few seats along from Princess Alexandra, a cousin of the late Queen who has also stopped undertaking royal duties.
An insider told The Sun: “There were discussions that the seating could be arranged on line of succession”.
But, given how that would give Harry a potentially prominence on the internationally-televised coverage, “the decision was working royals only at the front and work back from there. Harry will be a long way from his father.”
Harry will arrive at the Abbey with other non-working royals at 10.35am and is expected to leave shortly after the main ceremony and race back to Montecito to join his wife Meghan Markle for the celebrations marking their son Archie’s fourth birthday.

Another “son” of the King’s won’t be watching the ceremony at all.
Simon Dorante-Day, who has long maintained that he is Charles and Camilla’s secret son, says he has no intention of watching the King’s Coronation on May 6.
The 57-year-old engineer who lives in Queensland, Australia, was adamant that he had “better things to do” than tune in to watch the event live on TV.
However, he adds, he has no intention of abandoning his claim to being the King’s first-born son.
Speaking to 7NEWS.au he said: “Him being King doesn’t make me any less his son, does it?
“I’m going to be pursuing what I’m pursuing. I have my proof of where I stand with this.
“I’ve got no fear in the truth in this. I won’t be the one with egg on my face.”
