An illegal mancave which has been the talk small UK town for months was allegedly sold to a mystery "Mexican gentleman" for £1.
Mr Graham Wildin, the mancave millionaire, claimed to have flogged it, but he still had an appeal against a judge's decision to jail him dismissed.
Three judges ruled that the sale to the mystery party had been irrelevant to current proceedings, which were over the alleged illegal building of the huge party pad.

Mr Wildin's home, in Cinderford, Gloucestershire, fitted with a bowling alley, poker rooms and mancave essentials, had been built without planning permission over a decade ago, and the former accountant had refused to tear it down, GloucestershireLive reported.
Mr Wildin was recently jailed for a breach of a suspended sentence over a High Court case in Cardiff last August, where the former mancave owner was told to render the building unusable within 18 weeks of his release from jail.
The former accountant served half of his six-week sentence behind bars, and has since taken the judge's decision to High Court, arguing that the judge was biased against him.
Those claims have been dismissed by a new panel of three judges at a court hearing today (Wednesday, March 1).
It comes as Mr Wildin revealed he had sold parts of the property to a mystery Mexican party for just £1.

That sale, according to the presiding judges, makes no difference to the request put through for Mr Wildin to make the property unusable.
A recent Cardiff High Court case backed Judge Jarman who imposed the initial breach of suspended sentence in August, saying that he was within his right to jail the mancave builder.
Mr Wildin had been sent to jail immediately by Judge Jarman back in August after refusing to comply with a court order.
He had previously claimed in court that he had sold the property to a "Mexican gentleman" over the internet and had no idea who it was or what the mystery buyer plans to do with the property.
