A football fan was left furious after an X-rated note was posted on his car windshield by an irate stranger for parking outside his house.
Dave Mills, who is a co-director of Yorkshire Rose Holidays, went to watch his beloved local side Barnsley take on Newcastle's under-21 side at their home stadium Oakwell in the Football League Trophy on Tuesday night.
But after getting to the match late, Mr Mills found he couldn't get into his regular car park – where his season ticket gets him two free spaces – as all the gates had been shut.

Instead he pulled up in a vacant parking space outside a row of houses opposite the main entrance and made his way in to catch the action.
But when he returned after around 90 minutes or so later, Mr Mills was stunned to find a very rude handwritten note waiting for him.
It read: "F**k off and park elsewhere if seen again on match day windows will be put through."
Fortunately for Mills, it was merely a warning, and his Porsche was still unscathed, but he posted his astonishment on his company's Facebook account.
"After the game I returned to this lovely hand written note on my windscreen," he wrote. "Now I'm sure whoever did this didn't know I'm now a tv star these day and made them self feel so much better about them selfs after putting on my car.
"Unfortunately they must be very busy tho as they couldn't wait around to tell me in person or give me the chance to apologies to them even tho I'm not quite sure what I'm apologising for.
"So if you could please share this and tell them I'll try not to park on a road in a road legal car again that would be great."
Mr Mills also posted an image of the two houses that he was parked outside of, adding sarcastically in his post: "The two house in the picture are just to show the location where my car was outside of and I'm sure are unrelated to the letter."
He signed off his post: "Have a great evening everyone, Love from Dave. At the world famous Yorkshire Rose. P.s Barnsley won 2-0."
Mr Mills has over 15,000 followers on the Yorkshire Rose Holidays account and some were quick to comment on his post to condemn the sender of the letter.
"How eloquently put!!!" Karen Evans said. "They knew what the parking situation would be like when they bought the house surely??"
Another, Kirsty Leach, said: "Keep the note, it is threatening behaviour and should your windows get put through its a starting point for an investigation."
Adam Dyson wrote: "Imagine buying a house next to a football ground and being surprised at people parking near your house for the football. Must be awful….if only the owners had some kind of warning like the ground being there for over 100 years."
