Fully masked Wagner Group mercenaries have been spotted crying over the death of their beloved leader – the warlord Yevgeny Prigozhin – at a makeshift shrine in Russia.
One fighter has been filmed quivering and rubbing their eyes at a Prigozhin memorial in an unusual public display of emotion.
The leader, who in June marched thousands of his men to Moscow, was reportedly killed in a horror plane crash.
Hours after the death, the mercenary group vowed another march on Moscow and warned Vladimir Putin to “get ready for us”.

Today, fighters gathered at a makeshift shrine in the Russian city of Novosibirsk outside a Wagner Group recruitment centre.
They lay down flowers in front of portraits of Prigozhin, and Dmitry Utkin – the founder of Wagner Group who was also reportedly killed.
As well as the fighter who is filmed in military garb, trying to hold back tears, other fighters have reportedly broken down at the shrine.
Similar memorials have been posted up at the group’s offices in Yekaterinburg and St Petersburg, according to the local media outlet Fontanka.
Prigozhin started to gain notoriety with Russia’s political elite after opening a restaurant business in St Petersburg in the 1990s.
Using his local connection to Putin, who was deputy mayor of the city at the time, he soon rose to fame over the years as his company earned lucrative government contracts.
He has developed a cult-like following in recent years.
During the march on Moscow, his men seized the city of Rostov-on-Don where they were greeted by crowds of cheering people, including enthusiastic teenagers and young men.
